How do I contact an artist?

The core of our mission is to be a communication vessel between customers and artists from all over the world. That is why our platform allows you to contact your favorite artists, via our internal messaging system, so you can ask them to provide an update on your order, give them feedback on an artwork you received or any other pertinent correspondence.



If you have yet to buy an artwork, visit the artist’s page that piqued your interest and click on “ Contact me ” below the profile photo.


If you have already purchased an artwork, access the “Orders” page of your account and click on “ Contact the artist ” at the bottom of your order.
