I have accepted commissioned artwork. What happens now?

It is important to keep the customer updated as often as possible during the creation process of a commissioned artwork. That is why you should send messages to the customer, at the very least, when:

You have the necessary material to create your artwork.

You have started the project (we recommend that you send a picture).

You are halfway done (picture).

Your artwork is finished (picture).

The artwork is ready to be sold and packed (at this point, you must contact our team).

And, of course, make sure to keep the buyer informed if there are any issues along the way.
