Where can I see my customer’s address for a commissioned artwork order?

After you have finished creating your masterpiece, you must first "Mark the custom order as complete" at the bottom of the commissioned artwork conversation between you and the client. The final amount will then automatically be added to the customer’s shopping cart.

After that Arto Galleria as collected the last payment for the custom artwork, the buyer’s address and other relevant information about the order will appear in the “ Sales ” section of your Arto Galleria Pro.

Note: Never pack the artwork before receiving the confirmation of the final payment.
