How do I confirm the reception of my order?

When you receive your order, we ask that you confirm delivery by following these steps:

1. Access your user profile and click on your Avatar on the top, right hand corner of the screen.

2. Click on “ Orders ”.

3. Select the order in question.

4. Click on “ Confirm item reception ”.

If you wish to return your order or report a damaged artwork, please follow indications from our Return Policy.
