It goes without saying that regularly interacting with buyers and potential customers increases your sales opportunity by making you more visible among Arto Galleria’s artist community.

As well as communicating throughout your creative process with a buyer who commissioned an artwork (see: Commissioned Artworks section), you can also engage with customers at other moments. Here is how to do it:

If you want to communicate with a customer after their purchase of one of your artworks:

Access your Arto Galleria Pro artist profile.

Click on “ Sales ”.

Select the artwork in question and click on “ Contact the buyer ”.
