How do I respond to a customer review?

Responding to reviews shows that you welcome customer feedback and that you are grateful for their purchase and interest for your artwork. Because your responses are made public, this makes you more visible as a trusted member of the Arto Galleria artist community and demonstrates to potential customers your dedication to making their overall experience with you a positive one.

Once someone has posted a review of their experience with you and your artwork, you will get an email inviting you to respond.

To read a review, you can:

Click on “ View Your Reviews ”.

You will be redirected to your “ Reviews ” page.


Go to your “ Arto Galleria Pro ” artist profile.

Go on “ Reviews

click on “ View All ”.

To comment on a review, you can:

Post your response under the specific customer’s review and click on “ Update ”.


Respond to the email informing you of the customer’s review by clicking on the “ View your Reviews ” button in the email, writing your response, then clicking on “ Update ”.

Your customer will be notified of your response to their review.

Any user of Arto Galleria can read the customer reviews about your services and your artwork, as well as your responses, in the “ Reviews ” section of your artist's page.
