Only add original artworks or limited edition prints that are signed and numbered to your Arto Galleria gallery in order to create an authentic one-of-a-kind experience.

Make sure the prices shown on Arto Galleria don’t differ from the ones displayed on other outlets where you sell the same artworks.

If you listed a work of art on Arto Galleria, but you sold it elsewhere, update your profile swiftly by tagging the item as “ Sold ”.

For a Smooth Delivery Process

Notify your customer of any potential delay or other issue as quickly as possible.

If you are unable to carry out a delivery, communicate promptly with our Arto Galleria team and the client to inform us of the situation.

Respond to customers as soon as possible through the Arto Galleria messaging system.

Ethical and Respectful Interactions

Any offensive or abusive communications with fellow Arto Galleria members is prohibited. Interactions should remain polite at all times.

All communications on our platform should serve to conduct Arto Galleria-related activities. Our messaging system or our forums cannot be used to send spam or to promote other business or activities.

Don’t try to close sales offline or on another website if you started them on Arto Galleria’s website. Also, don’t exchange personal contact details over Arto Galleria’s messaging system or forums.
