Why has my application been rejected?

It is possible that some applications may be rejected. Here are some examples of reasons that could explain this:

Some of the boxes have been filled out incorrectly or information is missing.

The pictures of your artwork are not of sufficient quality to be on our website.

The price of at least one of your items is different from what has been posted on another website.

Your return address is not valid.

It was impossible for us to correctly validate the picture ID and/or the picture of you holding your government-issued ID.

You are not 18 years of age or older.

You are not the original artist of the artwork you are submitting to us.

Note: It is impossible for any artist to apply more than once. If for any reason your application is rejected, you will only be able to apply again after a six month delay. If you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to contact us.
