What does Arto Galleria do in the case of a customer return request?

If a customer has a change of heart about their purchase, he will have to contact Arto Galleria. Arto Galleria will then take care and will coordinate the shipping of the artwork to the artist. Arto Galleria will also pay for the return of all art pieces under Arto Galleria’s sitewide 10-day free return policy.

Customers should return the unwanted artwork in its original packaging (or better). We cannot be held responsible for damages sustained to returned artworks because of insufficient or inappropriate packaging, as mentioned in the Packaging Policy

Commissioned artworks CANNOT be returned nor refunded.
