What happens if my artwork is returned?

Arto Galleria offers a FREE return policy within 10 days to ALL its customers when they are not entirely satisfied with their purchase. In the event of a return, Arto Galleria will communicate with the buyer so you can coordinate the logistics of returning the artwork. Arto Galleria will subsequently reimburse the purchase and delivery costs to the customer if, based on our investigation, the reason for the return is attributable to the customer.

The artist could be held responsible for delivery costs if the return is due to a work that does not represent what was conveyed on the site (eg: color, size, etc.).
