Arto Galleria acts strictly as a commercial intermediary between buyers and artists. The artists are thus responsible for all their orders.

Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order from Arto Galleria, including such information as the price, applicable taxes, etc. However, since the artist is the seller, he is responsible for providing you with an official invoice with your purchase.

If you haven’t received an official invoice, or wish to receive more information about the receipt, please contact the artist directly.

To contact the artist concerning your order, visit the “ Orders ” page of your user account and click on “ Contact the artist ” at the bottom of your order confirmation.

If you need further help with your request, we will gladly assist you in obtaining an invoice by ensuring a link with the artist in your name.
