Must I honour all return and refund requests for my artwork?
Any unsatisfied customer can take advantage of Arto Galleria’s FREE 10-day return policy. Reasons for such a request can include:
The buyer changed their mind.
The artwork does not correspond to what was presented on our website.
The artwork incurred damages before reaching its destination or arrived much later than initially stated.
It is important that you, the artist, honour return requests for all of your customers. There are exceptions though: some artworks, such as commissioned artworks, cannot be returned. Returns will be coordinated by Arto Galleria if you observed our company’s packaging & shipping policy.
