Is my order subject to duties or taxes?

Since Arto Galleria is a worldwide platform, artworks purchased can be delivered anywhere on the planet. Duty fees are determined according to international treaties and can differ greatly from one country/region to another.

Arto Galleria has no control over duty fees that could be charged to you upon receiving your order.

Note that any order shipped within the same country will not be subject to customs fees.

If you refuse to accept to pay the duty fees upon receiving your order, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Your purchase will be refunded when your order is delivered to the artist.

As for sales taxes, they will be applied according to laws and regulations of the region to which the order is shipped. The amount of applicable taxes will appear at the bottom of your order page upon purchase. We recommend that you validate their exactitude before completing the transaction.
