Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. All you have to do is send us an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will receive the refund of your purchase within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation request.

However, if you wish to cancel an order after the artwork has been shipped, your only option is to request a return once you receive the artwork, in accordance with our Return Policy. You will then be refunded within 24 to 48 hours of the artwork being delivered to the artist in its original and perfect condition.
