What can I do if my order wasn’t delivered?



If you have yet to receive your order on the delivery date determined, the first thing you should do is check the shipment status. It is possible that the delivery date has changed and you weren’t notified.

At the bottom of the order page, you can see the following details: name of the courier, tracking number and/or URL link for tracking and date of delivery.



If you don’t see a link, you can always go to the courier website to access your order details with the tracking number.

In the eventuality that you find order information is incomplete or confusing, please contact our Customer Service team.

Although it is very unlikely, if your order were to still not be delivered 30 days after the date of delivery established, we will gladly refund your entire purchase, if that is your wish, in accordance with our Return Policy.
